As most of you know we recently went on holiday to Barbados. And had a blast!
It was Hayden and Rovi’s first time there and maybe my eighth I think LOL … Well certainly not my last, Or our last should I say!
So first ever holiday with a Hayden. Twist was we didn’t actually stay in a hotel we stayed with my parents who have a home there. As my mum and dad don’t usually have babies staying we needed to find baby equipment to rent. My mum wanted to buy a cot, high chairs and car seat to just leave the house. As well as other little things like bowls, spoons, bottles and so on. The little things I could bring with me but the high chair and the cot were a problem. We were bringing our Britax car seat and the our (Maxi–Cosi Elea) pushchair anyway so that wasn’t a problem.
I did a web search for baby equipment rental in Barbados. A few companies came up but there was one that I liked the most.
Baby Equipment Rentals – A company run by a lovely lady called Debbie Huges
I was able to contact her on a regular basis while I was in the UK via email she was also in contact with my parents who were in Barbados & she spoke to on the phone.
We kept in contact by email while in Barbados, she also emailed over my invoice and prices were actually very good! Payment terms are cash which is collect at a mutually convenient time during your stay – Pretty darn cool if you ask me.
You’re also requested to provide the gender of the child and also age, so that the equipment is suitable for your little one.
Overall I am very happy with my experience & customer service that was provided to me. I will be using Baby Equipment Rental in the future.
