Today I have a style post for you which I hope you’ll love.
Throughout this pregnancy I have searched for an awesome pregnancy outfit so I’ve kept things casual but not everyday leggings (I wore leggings nonstop during my pregnancy with Hayden) meaning I’ve switched up my style a bit and even warn brands that I wouldn’t usually go and buy from.
I recently worked with SimplyBe on some of their winter range which worked really well even up until my 3rd trimester please do bear in mind they are not a maternity brand. It was their Plain Cotton Parker in Tobacco and their Nutmeg Colour Block Jumper. I chose both in a size 12 – I’m usually a size 10 and haven’t put on heavy weight during this pregnancy with Cubby so it’s all worked out really well with clothe sizing. I think maybe I could have away with a 14 in the Parker for just a bit more bump room but then I think it would have taken away from the style of the coat and would have looked as good on me.
Below I’ve put together my favorite style look from SimplyBe which works perfect in early pregnancy and even up until 3rd Trimester if you have a smaller bump like myself.
If you have a slightly older child while pregnant and often head out on the school run like me, this outfit is perfect especially the colours. Hayden never has trouble seeing me when it comes to school pick up as the colours are bright and standout perfectly.
The Jumper is made from Viscose & Polyamide, not cotton which is what I usually choose when looking for a jumper but its ridiculous comfortable so it really didn’t matter in this instant and it washes great in the machine. I can see why the jumper is from one of their best-selling lines, not to mention colour-blocking is on-trend right now. Also don’t worry the material around the jackets hood is made from faux fur.
SimplyBe have a gorgeous range of Jumpers and Jackets to choose from so make sure you go check them out. Before I worked with this brand on this collaboration I wouldn’t have remembered to look at them when it comes to buying clothes but I’m glad that has now changed.
