Tis the season FOR sweet stuff! Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day… Summer holidays then Halloween (I know it’s a bit away but I thought id add it in anyway) We’ll be filling our lovely slim down faces after the new years resolutions which are now out the window I’m sure. So I thought I’d give you something healthy.
A fruit filled Valentines Day Drink.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m far from the worlds most healthiest person but I do love a pretty looking drink!

Healthy Ice Cold Valentines Day Drink
With all the chocolate & sweets you'll be receiving why not wash it all down with a lovely Ice Cold healthy Valentines Day drink?

  1. Heart shape mold
  2. Fruit
  3. Water
  1. Buy a valentines ice making mold
  2. Cut desired fruit into small peices - Preferably at least one red fruit
  3. Add Fruit to mold
  4. Add water
  5. Place and leave in fridge over night.
  6. Pour glass of water
  7. Add Healthy Ice cubes
