The Baby Show continues to be the UK’s number one pregnancy and parenting event. Returning to ExCel London from February 21st to 23rd 2014, this well-established show is an essential part of the parenting experience, and a sanctuary for all expectant parents, and mums, dads and grandparents of young children.
With more than 200 exhibitors showcasing innovative baby and maternity products and services, as well as all of the leading brands for mums, babies and toddlers, The Baby Show is the nation’s most exciting and informative family experience. Visitors will also have access to exclusive offers and fantastic savings that can’t be found on the high street.
The Baby Show is pleased to announce Genesis Research Trust as its official charity. The trust aims to support research into the causes and cures for conditions that affect the health of mother and baby.
An exciting addition for 2014 is the Meet the Midwives Clinic in association with the Women’s Health Research Centre and the Genesis Research Trust. This is a complimentary drop-in clinic whereby expectant parents can meet with an experienced midwife and seek advice on a variety of pre and post pregnancy queries.
Back again by popular demand is The Baby Show Stage with MadeforMums.com, which will showcase well-regarded industry experts offering tips and insight across a wide variety of pregnancy and child development topics. Along with providing invaluable advice, the experts will be discussing techniques to reassure and guide parents through the early years of parenting. Visitors will be treated to a stage schedule full of fun activities for babies and toddlers, Fisher-Price prize giveaways, plus baby and maternity fashion shows.
In addition to the choice of exhibitors and expert speakers, The Baby Show makes shopping easy for parents and parents-to-be, who are encouraged to use the essential facilities provided to ensure a stress free day. Areas include:
• The Activity Zone by Zinplex Junior, a fun activity centre filled with games and classes designed to help stimulate baby’s development, from dance and sensory learning activities to children’s music fitness classes.
• Emma’s Diary ‘Shop & Drop’ and ‘Collect by Car’ service, available throughout the weekend. Visitors can drop off all shopping bags for some hands-free shopping time and either collect before leaving or head to the car hands free and drive around to pick up their shopping.
• The Baby Show Creche
• Dedicated changing and feeding areas
Visitors will also have complimentary access to The Work & Family Show taking place alongside The Baby Show from 21 – 22 February. The Show will provide visitors with everything required to create the ideal balance between work AND family. Whether working full time or flexibly, returning to work, looking for new challenges, or simply going it alone, this fantastic opportunity will enable visitors to meet potential new employers, discover flexible working solutions, develop themselves and business ideas and receive expert childcare advice.
