Wireless Festival 2013

Yeah, I attended Wireless again this year and had a frigging awesome time compared to my first Wireless 2012 … My first ever festival was a disaster but this one really wasn’t – Loved every second.

Going to such a big festival I had no idea what to wear, I knew it had to be something somewhat fashionable but also comfortable and not too common over worn by others, wouldn’t want to see someone wearing the same thing as me – Don’t know about you but that always makes me cringe.

I played it really safe and wore a
Cute playsuit that I picked up on a shopping trip to Essex,
Straw hat from Bank
Black Vans.

We dropped off Hayden at Rovi’s mum first thing in the morning he had his little cousins & uncle to play with so we knew his day would be AWESOME! – Do believe my one year old went to a funfair without me (Jealous).

After last years shenanigans we wanted to make sure we fully enjoyed our festival experience, we got our tickets one the first day they came out couldn’t risk them being sold out either. The event moved from Hyde part to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park which is just up the road from us – WooHoo! Took the overhead and had like a 30 mins walk from the station to the actually park – ARGH! Do believe I was tired before I even started enjoying myself (must be the old age HAHA

We got there just as Macklemore was finishing up! I think it took us his whole set to walk to the park from the Westfield. The weather was amazing I was actually REALLY happy so I didn’t complain one bit.
We got our drinks and saw a few people we knew and spent the day really enjoying ourself – We even found an awesome spot that we stayed in by the main stage and made some new friends.

We got to see
Miguel
Kendrink Lamar
Rita Ora
Emeli Sande
JAY Z

Really excited for next year already might even go for two days.
Here’s some snaps from the day.
