Life’s a beach in Benidorm

Life’s a beach in Benidorm

You can’t beat Benidorm for a break in the sun, and that’s why it’s been a firm favourite with holidaymakers for so many years now. In fact, Benidorm’s not just popular with us Brits and other European neighbours, its beautiful beaches draw in lots of local tourism, with Spanish visitors flocking to the sandy beaches regularly for a sunbathe and a dip in the sea.

If you have never been to Benidorm and aren’t sure if you’ll like it, just ask yourself if you enjoy sunny weather, relaxing beaches, tasty food and plenty of nightlife. If the answer is yes, then you’re probably going to be alright here!

Smack bang in the middle of the Costa Blanca, Benidorm has probably been most commonly associated with the package deal holiday in the past, but in recent years it has catered increasingly for luxury holidays as well, with five star hotels, resorts and apartments popping up all over the place. That’s not to say you can’t still get a good deal in Benidorm though, far from it. Whatever your budget, you can find a holiday deal to suit you here, and you can choose from all-inclusive, bed and breakfast, half board and room only rates – whatever option suits you best.

As a result, the resort attracts a range of different types of visitors, from families looking for all-inclusive deals with plenty of fun activities to keep the kids occupied during the day, to couples after some relaxation and romance, to large groups of friends seeking fun in the sun and a room only deal for somewhere comfy to crash after a full night’s partying.

If you’ve got a big family and are looking for somewhere to stay in Benidorm with plenty of space, the Don Jorge Apartments come highly recommended. They’re well set up for big families and guests can use all the facilities of the sister hotel, the Hotel Palm Beach. But the main benefit of this particular hotel is that the all-inclusive package includes unlimited trips to Aqualandia waterpark, MundoMar sea life centre and Terramitica theme park, which is a godsend for any parent looking to keep the kids entertained (and tired out by evening time)!

July is the best month to go to Benidorm, weather-wise, with temperatures ranging from 21°C in the evening to 27 °C during the day, and very little rainfall. So, what are you waiting for? Time to book that Benidorm break!
