Fitness and Health ME?!

I don’t know if you guys remember late last year I was trying to get my body back into shape 
Post 1 || 2 || 3
Then I went on holiday to Barbados & ruined it all HAHA
I was doing pretty well, if I do say so myself – I was mainly working with the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels Level one… No I didn’t go to level two as I could just about manage level one LOL
I’ve been thinking about getting back into working out, I’ve got a sister who is a health-nut and has just started her own blog & a boyfriend who go to the gym whenever he gets some free time … He tends to look as big as a house and is constantly having to buy new clothes as he looks like the ‘Incredible Hulk’

Both him and my sister attend a gym weekly but I just don’t have the energy or motivation to get up and go travel to a gym even if it is once a week.

Wouldn’t it be awesome to have a gym in your own house? I wouldn’t say everyone’s dream but it would come in so handy – Oh and not forgetting the walk-in wardrobe too, of course.
In one of my latest photos I was actually called ‘Skinny Mini’ LOL but that’s most likely because I hardly have time to eat. I need to call on my sister for some healthy recipes and light at home exercise
Watch this space.
But in the mean time do you guys have any tips on how you like to keep your weight in check & try and stay healthy?

  3. We have a room designated for fitness things…the weights, the treadmill, things like that, and it really is nice to have it. Way more convenient than the gym.
