As you may remember last year November I completed a blog post for CeraKook. They had just launched their new website And I was so excited to do a blog post involving their new range of Ceramic knives.
Well look what I’ve got
There was a FAQ on the pervious post
What is the difference between a black blade and a white blade?
The zirconium oxide blade undergoes an additional firing process, turning it black. This makes the black ceramic blade harder than the white ceramic blade – and thus more expensive. However, both ceramic blade types are very hard and resistant so choosing the black blade over the white should be more a question of taste and design than extra durability.
As you can see I have the black blade & I absolutely LOVE it! I’m slightly confused as to how you can make a knife look sexy but to me it really does haha. What do you guys think?
Making dinner is a pleasure, now that I am a ‘Real Housewife of London’ cutting is so easy. My dad is a chef but is away at the moment can’t wait for him to try it out & give his verdict too. Will let you guys know on twitter @bericebaby
