So… it’s week two & I’m back.
Its been a hard & tiring week for me this week but I’m getting by.
I haven’t lost much being my frist week … Maybe I’m not trying hard enought so for week 3 I will push harder. I will try my best also to update my FitnessPal a lot better.

Squats – 30

Have you guys got any tips on healthy eating? I am a junk food addict & I’m finding it really hard to shake this habit. Any help or advice would be great =D

  4. My best tip would be don’t buy the junk food. I get one treat every shopping trip (every 2 weeks) and that is all I’m allowed. Instead have healthy snacks like nuts, dried and fresh fruit, protein bars, smoothies, etc.

  5. Camille is right- if you don’t have it you can’t eat it! Also, you will lose the taste for it… The more water you can drink the better you are.
    PS what’s a stone?!
